Tutoring

A tutoring inquiry can be made via our Contact form. On the form, please select the Category "tutoring inquiry."

Yes, if time permits prior to your bar exam, then you can re-purchase the same tutoring package, which will include a different set of essays and/or performance tests. Alternatively, we can arrange a customized package of essays and/or performance tests. Many individuals seek additional essays and/or performance tests after completing their initial tutoring package.

No. However, you can provide your email address via the "notify when available" option for that particular bar exam tutoring item. We will send you an email notification when the item becomes available.

We do not offer in-person tutoring. All of our services are currently provided via our website and any private tutorial sessions are provided via telephone.

Please keep in mind, our primary tutoring method is through written instruction and feedback from practice essays and/or performance tests. In addition, all of our tutoring services include an unlimited question & answer service, which extends to any aspect of bar review preparation and not just the written submissions. We believe this approach provides a superior alternative to hour after hour of in-person tutoring as you can make an inquiry and view feedback at any time, on your schedule, and at a dramatically lower cost than hourly tutoring.

Of course, we are always open to new ideas and ways to innovate our service delivery. If you have any specific ideas or suggestions (other than in-person tutoring, of course), then please let us know and we will try to create a solution for you.

All of our tutors are licensed members of both the New York and California Bars. Additionally, while in law school, all of our tutors sat on law review/journal editorial boards.

Our lead tutor is our founder, Phil Lupton. Phil is a graduate of Princeton University and Washington University School of Law, and he is a member of the California and New York Bars. Phil passed the New York Bar Exam in July 2000 and the California Bar Exam in February 2003. While in law school, he served as managing editor of his law school's journal and received several awards and prizes for academic achievement.

Product Downloads

Once your order is complete, and payment has been received, you will receive an email with a link to download the item. You can always check the order status via My Solutions by selecting the Orders tab.

You need to make sure that you can receive emails from us. First, be sure to configure your email settings (e.g., email filters) to permit emails from barreviewsolutions.com. Second, look in your junk/spam folder to make sure that you did not already receive the email from us. Lastly, make sure the email address you provided is correct.

All product download links expire after 1 week. If you ordered a product and did not download the product prior to the 1 week expiration, then please let us know at support@barreviewsolutions.com. We will renew the links for you, so long as no prior download has occurred for that product on your account. Please include you order number and the product name with you inquiry.

Site-based Products

Once payment is received and verified, a product navigation menu will appear on the right side of your screen above the My Solutions menu. This menu will only appear when you are logged in. If you are logged in after initial purchase and the product menu is not visible, then you may need to refresh/reload your browser to access the product navigation menu.

Yes, your account information is secure. We employ industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt transmission of your user account information. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Accounts are created during checkout on your initial purchase.

To delete your user account, please send an email from the email address associated with your user account to support@barreviewsolutions.com, indicating that you would like your account deleted. We will delete your user account and any private content associated with your user account. Please note, user account deletion is a permanent process and any private content will be unrecoverable.

Other

This means the item will be released soon (the anticipated date of release is generally provide on that item's page). Also, for tutoring or limited availability items, this means that the item is no longer available but may become available at a later date.

By selecting the "Notify when available" button, you will be given the opportunity to provide your email address. Once the product is available for purchase, we will send you a notification to the provided email address.
