We offer this guide to help dispel the uncertainty and reduce the frustration some associate with studying and preparing for a bar exam. This guide is based upon a combination of two sources: 1) the experiences of one individual’s study, and passage on the first attempt, of what are considered the two toughest bar exams, New York and California, and 2) our experience assisting hundreds of individuals with their own bar exam study via our bar exam writing programs and other bar exam preparation products and services. From these sources, we’ve organized lessons-learned and tips discovered in a manner that could aid someone studying for any bar exam, not just New York or California. Most of these ideas are not new, nor are they necessarily the only or best way of approaching any bar review. The ideas and tips presented, however, have worked for many individuals. Lastly, and most importantly, we created this guide because we wish someone would have told us these very things when we first started our bar reviews. We wish you all the best in your bar exam preparation.

Study smart,

-the Team
